Private Equity is one of the least accessible yet most transformative sectors for wealth creation. The Practicum in Private Equity (PIPE) Course Training, sponsored by The Integrum Charitable Foundation in partnership with NxGen COACH Network, positions institutions to advance career-aligned academic innovation by preparing students through hands-on, real-world private equity and impact investing.

The 3-day in person, Practicum In Private Equity Course Training, followed by structured virtual sessions, prepare faculty to launch a proven 15-week course that strengthens experiential learning, activates alumni, investors, and industry partners as institutional collaborators, and supports wealth-building. Students apply valuation, diligence, and deal-structuring to real investments that support community-based businesses.

The PIPE Course Training is led by Morehouse alum, Harvard Business School Senior Lecturer, and NxGen COACH Network Founder Archie Jones who teaches Venture Capital and Private Equity, co-founded and teaches Investing for Impact at Harvard Business School and is the architect and instructor of its Morehouse College offering (Spring ’25).

Participant Responsibilities
Program Fees (Covered) - With support from The Integrum Foundation, all program and session costs, PIPE training materials, and meals during in-person sessions are fully covered.
Participant Responsibilities - Participants are responsible for travel expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, and are expected to fully participate in all required in-person and virtual sessions.
